de los pilares m\u00e1s importantes para el desarrollo emocional, social y acad\u00e9mico de los ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de hablar todos los d\u00edas, una buena comunicaci\u00f3n implica escuchar, comprender, acompa\u00f1ar y crear espacios de confianza donde los hijos se sientan seguros para expresarse.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En una \u00e9poca marcada por agendas ocupadas, tecnolog\u00eda y m\u00faltiples distracciones, fortalecer la comunicaci\u00f3n familiar se vuelve m\u00e1s importante que nunca.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Escuchar es tan importante como hablar<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Muchas veces, los padres sienten que la comunicaci\u00f3n se limita a dar instrucciones o corregir conductas. Sin embargo, una verdadera conexi\u00f3n comienza cuando los hijos sienten que son escuchados.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escuchar implica:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mirarlos a los ojos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prestar atenci\u00f3n sin interrumpir.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Validar emociones.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evitar respuestas autom\u00e1ticas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mostrar inter\u00e9s genuino.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando un ni\u00f1o siente que sus pensamientos y emociones son importantes, desarrolla mayor confianza para acudir a sus padres.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Crear momentos de conversaci\u00f3n cotidiana<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La comunicaci\u00f3n familiar no depende \u00fanicamente de grandes conversaciones. Los momentos simples del d\u00eda suelen ser los m\u00e1s valiosos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunas oportunidades para conversar son:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante las comidas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Camino al colegio.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antes de dormir.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En actividades familiares.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante juegos o deportes.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La comunicaci\u00f3n no se construye en un solo d\u00eda.
